These records distinguish author-supplied files from external publisher, Internet Archive, ERIC, and DTIC records. Files are mirrored only when Horn's correspondence supplies explicit permission to share them.
Derived text, page images, semantic chunks, argument structures, and graph projections must retain provenance back to the admitted source record and, where available, its stable download route.
